In a perfect world, they would clean house and update to a better system which only allows the last 24 months worth of ratings would show and be relevant. I don't care what happened back in 2015...as one year begins, another drops off. I doubt they will invest any money into this or time and energy , so we have to accept it. It's still great for a free service, but have to really look at comments more than stars. You can have a 3-4 star company, and then fall to a 2 star company the last year or so because the past lingers on, and they quit paying. |
