Hello,

See the attached encrypted closing documents to print off and take with you to the mobile closing on Monday of 21 @ 12:00. See the contact info, meeting address, and additional instructions on page 15.

Please let me know your fee.

-Please make sure to have the Borrower(s) sign in Blue Ink
-A Return Fed Ex Label has been provided. I will need these to go out the same day as signing so I receive them for funding.
-My Wiring Instructions has also been provided. Please make sure the Borrower(s) receives this to set up the wire.
-The USA Patriot Act Information Form will need to be filled out and signed by you. Also make sure to send a copy of the drivers license. If needed, this can also be emailed to me and I can print it off for the lender.
-Will you have Josh re-sign and date the "Gift Letter" documents that is the last page that is included before the Questionnaire please?

Everything else should be pretty straight forward. Please email with any questions before or during the signing.
