… you've pulled yourself up by the bootstraps one direct order at a time and have made SSs less of your business than they were at the beginning. Many NSAs just don't have that opportunity. But I guess I'm beating a dead horse.
It was a good idea Cheryl had to poll NSAs to determine in which states they could do very well with direct marketing and those other states where it's largely met with a slammed door and where other business strategies might be more productive (as LD pointed out). So far the score looks like 4-to-1 with AZ also the land of 'no opportunity at all." In fact, the more this scenario unfolds, instead of the "market to direct clients" we read endlessly here, we NSAs in the states of "no opportunity" should band together and come up with our own smart ideas on how to create some cracks in the walls we face. I'll be thinking about that.
In any case, don't waste your time making recommendations to me about which posts I should pass over; you just keep on keepin on and "encourage" other notaries if you think that's helpful. |
