I met a couple at a FED Ex location the other day to sing their purchase documents. They were in transit from TX to NH and wanted to meet there so the package could go out that day. Documents were overnight ed to a relative close by. We meet, I collect their checks, all is good. Husband seals the package, I go double check that its sealed, we walk it to the counter hand it over to clerk buyer gets the receipt we all leave. Next morning the envelope arrives empty!!

Fed Ex claims it was never sealed and husband and I say BS. Buyers believe that someone at Fed Ex tampered with envelope. They were in route to continue their journey to their new home and had to resign in PA. I was paid very well on the spot thank goodness. But what a mess for these poor people.

I had a SS owner tell me the same thing happened last week to one of his notaries files!
