appraisal fees, origination fees, processing fees...

Recording fees increased this year with the counties in CA.

I'm going to keep raising the bar. The work is the same, if not more. Just less volume, and it's impacting everyone.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the San Diego dream team promoting high fees for notary if they will just spend $XXX taking a special training course. It just isn't happening. Talk about hype.
