I used to love it when the signer's ears started to turn red. Or when their eyes glossed over as I was explaining each document. I used to huddle over the docs to keep control, lick my fingers and hand them one by one. When I finally finished I would give them a verbal test, only my questions have very little to do with actual day to day notary work. And I would fail them all and remove their elite status. Oh! Excuse me, did I get off topic?
