I agree, and a firm believer in apprenticeships like most other countries in the world to learn a "hands on" trade. We sort of got away from that since the 1960's. I think the trick is to go into a profession that is needed and a demand like nursing, coding, cyber. Many large scale employers will actually pay off your student loans if you work for them a certain amount of years as an incentive to stay. Most companies also looking for the fresh graduates who excel, will stay and be there long term if they invest in you. The millennial's are not job hoppers as much as the Baby Boomers were...whole different generation while I am seeing more boomer's now as crossing guards and Walmart Greeters. jmo
