possesses and utilizes critical thinking skills. You are focused and have nailed this down perfectly
I highly endorse your efforts here, Jeffery. It is so easy to come onto this forum and whine about nonpayment and low payment issues, but not pursue successful payment from the crooksters they unwittingly extend credit to without a second thought.
Maybe some of our readers will take up the baton with you.
Please add to your list of reporting/regulatory agencies the CA Bureau of Real Estate. They are an auditing agency. Like I said earlier in this thread, if they run the other parts of their enterprise with the same pathetic, abusive and shoddy business practices, they could be in for a lot of interesting processes by many agencies.
Over the years, I've taken a lot of heat here for exposing company's blatant disregard for notaries, companies who do not pay, or pay 60+ days out. These companies are paid in 3-5-10 days...why do they have to sit on the money for 60 days? Because they are selfish, greedy and gave no working capital, and they have a hard time being responsible. They are not regulated by any one, and the money is simply just too good, more money than they've ever made in their lives. There are companies out there that have run their businesses in this fashion for decades now, and they are still doing it. Others have fallen from grace to the sea leaving a trail of unpaid, whiny notaries who if they had done their due diligence in the first place wouldn't have worked for these idiot signing service owners.
Jeffery, I highly endorse your efforts. More power to you. Welcome to Notary Rotary...I am looking forward to your progress in nailing these culprits. If you weren't so far away, I'd recommend you stand out in front of this luxury highrise office building in Newport Beach with a neon sign that says, "Mortgage Docs/Rudy Baldoni don't pay their notaries who make them rich!" Fat, greedy, selfish real estate investors who are in the business of thieving notaries from the get go.
I hope you're reading this Delia, you little job is about to get way more interesting...
