Agree. The onus should be on the lender and not the NSA. I'm just saying this may be something Eric may say as to why NSA did not catch either prior to traveling to signing OR at the table and report it immediately. We know they'll always try to blame the NSA for any error. IMO, with a lender/TC error, NSA should always be paid for that 2nd trip to correct that error.
I know what you mean about Eric is very good at making you feel as he's your best friend and always has your back. Until he doesn't. Another fellow notary in the Sacramento area thought he was her friend. On one file with him, she followed his instructions. Things didn't work out like they should have. He yelled at her for proceeding as she had to the point that she ended up in tears. That was the last time she worked with him. Things/people aren't always as they seem .......
