 Shes more of an in house SS. If I remember correctly,

she is an escrow officer and this is part of how she makes money, her own personal in house SS. I worked with her a few times several years ago and it was tough to get her as high as $125. She called with "volume" at $90 and we parted ways. I only worked with her a handful of times and didn't have any payment issues. The writing was on the wall though for the direction she was headed.
