Good question, which I can't answer. If you figure it out, please let us know.

I have Word (from MS Office) set up to do grammar and spelling checks for me, although I set it up so long ago, I don't remember how I did it. However, a good friend of mine who places a high value on stuff like proper grammar introduced me to Grammarly years ago, too. I use it from their website (I think I bookmarked it) for free once in a while when I have a question or when my Word program wants to correct something that doesn't make sense to me. Once in a while, as I believe Mike said, I disagree or what's considered 'correct' just sounds too stilted in common vernacular, so I just go with what I want.
