Fees, Increasing Costs to do business (gas, insurance, BGCs, supplies, etc.); none of which are optimistic and then when you add the emerging market of electronic notarizations - very pessimistic opportunity outlook.

For earning staying power, morph/review their skill set and seek a position that currently appears to serve the population base for many years into the future. Smile
