Remote close w/ title reviewing documents; conference in a webcam notary OR title rep is an e-notary (in those states where webcam is allowed, the list of which is growing daily) and poof!! - mobile NSA is a thing of the past.
It's been done in Florida and several other states and it's not going to go away - it's only going to grow and spread further. Call it doom and gloom, chicken little or whatever you want -
