The more a package gets handled, the more there is a chance for a page to slide behind something and be forgotten. Or the pages can wind up in the wrong order, making it seem like an acknowledgement is one of those "extras" some clients like to include, when it really indicates a document should be notarized. Dual tray printers reduce handling of the package so reduce these risks.
