Quite honestly, I didn't notice the G on the label. But on the website listing locations, this box comes up Express & Ground. I had no idea that the drivers cannot pick up a Ground label. Is Ground a separate company?

I have to call after 9am and see what time the driver "might" be making a swing by the box. This is crazy. If the drivers take the UPS packages that were accidentally dropped and go ahead and drop at a UPS box, why not pick up the Ground FE package?
