The good thing about crappy notaries is it makes the rest of us shine. Crappy notaries have a place working for crappy companies, and the ones that shine would never work for these companies. They are a match made in heaven. Someday their title companies will get tired and move up the ranks and hire professional seasoned NSA's and better SS's, but until, let them be. We still have newbies that accept anything because they want education and a learning experience. Some would even pay for the closing I bet, lol
As long as notaries continue to make mistakes, accept lowball offers and work for these kinds of companies, they will always be around. Once you rise above all that, they really have no effect on what we do.
$55.00 for signings, full fax backs, and everything had to be printed on legal paper ....seriously? Who would waste their time with this?? Plenty apparently! |
