Re: What you look for in an ideal Signing Company?

Have you ever been a Notary Signing Agent and worked for any SS's?
Before jumping into that SS side, I would try a year of being an NSA and wearing the shoes for a bit for the experience.
Speaking for myself, I like SS's that have our experience and can relate to what we do. Offer up a fair fee where you and we can make decent money, pay within 2 weeks of the closing and call us instead of text blasting assignments. Build a relationship with the notaries and take care of us first and foremost. Without good NSA's backing you, you do not have a SS. Without good experienced NSA's, title companies will not use you, and you need a good amount of them to keep us interested in you. jmo
