I have worked direct for many title companies throughout the country and most of them have been direct contact. they ask my fee, I tell them, rarely get any push-back about fee.
Conversely, mass text offers through snapdocs will obviously be for a lower amount and will likely be accepted by notaries that think $75-90 is a great fee for a refi or buyer pkg. IMO |
