I had a customer who fired the bank, closed the account, and left the bank a negative online review for poor customer service when they refused to accept a properly notarized document. They had been a long-term customer but got tired of several customer service problems they had experienced with the bank.
The normal wording in an acknowledgement says "acknowledged before me", but I have seen a few certificates that say "subscribed and acknowledged before me". |
