business with a SS/TC that can't pay its bills. We are notaries. We are not in the business of extending credit to struggling enterprises. They spent "your" money on themselves in January.

Glad you collected something on this closing less 3.7% in PayPal fees. Did they offer to pay you extra to cover the Paypal fees? I think I know the answer to that question.
