Like the rest...never a problem with AA. But at least one of their lenders says notaries are not to

call the borrower because the appointment has already been set and the borrower is expecting the

notary. Got news for that lender: with rural borrowers around here there's icy roads, snow, mud,

deep water and flooding. I'm not going to drive 40 miles one way only to find the farmsted

flooded and the borrowers somewhere else. I understand the lender's reasoning under normal

conditions but conditions are not normal here.
