In a way, it's consistent with what they did when they bought NASA. This time, it may backfire on them in the long term, unless they're one of the investors in Notarize LLC. They may sell lots of stuff while this rolls out, but I'm seeing more and more evidence that a big chunk of the notary business nationwide is going to end up being done by employee-notaries who work in a few centralized locations. (At least that's their goal.) Some of the hiring is already underway.
