 U. S. Signings (SC shows them in Anaheim, CA)w/2 stars

I have no experience with them. However, this just came across SD:

For today, $50, scanbacks required, type of signing is FULL DISCLOSURES, est. pages 133(?), lender is Allied First Bank.

Are they serious??? Very low fee and poor ratings in SC … and sadly I'm sure someone will jump at the "opportunity." ;(

Time to keep all these low-ballers in the forefront. Post about them so when someone does a Google search, hopefully they are directed to SC even if they're not familiar with Notary Rotary. Further, let's not forget to link.
