Jerry, I don't believe messages posted here ever go away (except in extremely rare circumstanc. They just fall farther and farther back in the archives. which can be searched, to various degrees of success, via the orange Search button.
The best way to maximize the chances that people will see your warning is to add it to Signing Central. (See tab above.) Please be sure to code them as "national" vs. "regional" so everyone can see it. Once posted there, you - and others - can rate them. You can also link your post here to that entry.
Sorry for your experience. Have you tried to see if they're incorporated and/or if they have any license with the state (e.g. in real estate? If you can find any info along those lines, it might give you another lever to use against them. Hope you get results!
