So, for those of us who say we don't go to a signing unless we've at least spoken to the borrower and confirmed, what would you do when all of a sudden you looked at your SS job order and read this:

<<This appointment has been pre-confirmed with the borrower. Attendance is mandatory, even if contact with the borrower is not made prior to closing.>>

Now, the scheduler failed to mention this requirement; the borrower is not returning any calls; the signing is right around the corner. etc. What would "you* do?
