Agree Eva75Eva...I have just picked up 2 for tomorrow, but nothing lining up for later this week. Lately, it's been all last minute, same day, maybe the day before notice. I have been okay, I just like the phone ringing, texts texting, lining things up in advance...I think it's going to be really strong and solid soon just like last month was.
I think there are many in line to close, and just waiting on certain portions of the closing docs needed such as the CO or the Appraiser's final review or something simple like that before they schedule the closing. We are busy, they are busy... just my guess they are behind and waiting before they get it to book us.
