If your manufacturer's website does not have the necessary driver, sometimes a Google search will provide you with a generic driver that will work just fine.
A couple of years ago, a fellow notary ordered a new printer 'cause her existing HP printer wouldn't work with her new W10 pc. HP csr told her driver not available. She ordered and received new printer. Then, I found her a generic to try with old printer. Worked perfectly! I believe she returned newly purchased printer as she much preferred her old one. |
