Not the car, but the service...

I did get a quote through Costco's vehicle purchase program for my new car last year, but my husband was able to negotiate a better deal. However, after the purchase, I wanted to add a tow hitch and got a "coupon" through Costco that ended up saving me $350 on parts and service at the dealership. Paid for my annual membership several times over that way.

Then again, I had a bad experience booking travel through costco. The hotel looked like a great deal, but I only realized after booking that it was 25% lower than the other travel sites quotes because they didn't add the taxes and fees until after I booked. Ended up costing more than if I had booked through the hotel directly.
