Accidents all over, every day, every AM and every PM, every rain storm, plus we have road construction to deal with as Orlando's interstates are in total overhaul and expansion for the past 10 years and about 5 more years to go. I think every urban area has the same things, it doesn't matter where you go. The trick is to know your side roads (like everyone else). 15 miles = 45 minutes during the week. 30 minutes on weekends, 1 hour + during peak times.
