Re: Printing on legal sized paper
Posted by SteveS/CA on 8/31/19 7:33pm

I think it depends on whether the lender or title company cares. I encounter packages where its all letter size paper except for ONE legal size page. On occasion, I have printed that one page as letter size "fit to page" and nobody said anything. If its multiple legal size pages then I always print them legal size, just to be safe. As long as you don't cut off anything on those pages, it may not matter to anyone, but do you really want to take the chance? My point is that you shouldn't think you can always print everything letter size and you'll get away with it. You won't. Sooner or later, someone will object and you'll either not be paid or you'll end up having to redo it and go back out for a resign.
