The only significant chunk of pages I can think of that no lender or title company has never asked a borrower to sign or initial is the appraisal. Even that I wouldn't print double-sided because the signer may want to make copies of it to give to the town during a real estate tax appeal, and having it single-sided will make it a lot easier for most signers.
