I dont take those signings. It's a total of about 4 hours out of my time to do "2 hour before apt time" signings. Amrock seems to be the worst at getting Chase loans to me within that time frame. I decline them as i do not want to spend the time, nerves and turning down other signings for their fee. I decline them when I see Chase. if they can't get docs to me within the day or early before the signing, I just tell them, re assign. I cannot tie up my day for this when I have other signings I can do back to back, not to mention real estate that i do more now full time. The lack of loyaty amongst services has turned me off. it's rude and disrespectful that they think we sit around a "wait" for them to deliver our packages. They need to wake up and repect our time and business....which they dont by the fees they chose to offer us. DECLINE. |
