 Re: Lead time on docs
Posted by Robin Holstein on 9/17/19 9:43am

I just told Nationwide Signing Services to cancel one for noon today. I asked yesterday at 2:30 about docs. Was told by "orders@" that when they get them they'll let me know. I emailed before 10:00 EDT (I am in WV) that the two hour timeline was upon us and asked where are the docs. I got, "I have asked title They are in Arizona, it is 7AM here."

Well, I'm sorry but the appointment is not noon Arizona time. At 10:30 EDT I emailed they need to cancel because I have other clients today and can't sit here waiting on docs. Nationwide also transposed the phone number and I wasted a couple days trying to chase it down. Even though I emailed and voice-mailed Nationwide they never responded and I had to reach out to the title contact.
