Hmmm … interesting. Wonder if lender is having lender docs signed with remote notary (i.e. DOT, etc.) and the escrow docs are all that are being sent out for mobile signing??

Sure wish borrower would return call so I can ask! If that's the case, we can proceed at his convenience on the 14th or later.
