So we can just get a stamp made with that, manually check it, and stamp next to our notary stamp or under our name, just as long as on the same area? I do not intend to ever do any remote notarizations, only in person, but still, if the title or lender doesn't revise their certs for us (which I doubt) this could be an easy fix ordering a stamp vs attaching all these loose certificates or writing that in on every single one which is sloppy.. I may email a few of my better clients and see what they think... |
