the time to do that. If you're listed on the no. site, there is a place for "reviews". Otherwise, you realize that you're part of a bigger pool of notaries, especially if you're working through SD & ss. If you're working direct with tc's you stand a better chance of their being willing to give you feedback.
I don't work with SD, even though it's cost me a lot of biz. I don't like their lack of respect of those of us in the industry. They're making money on our backs.
