Good Evening, I received a call today from a person seeking a notary for paperwork on her home sale. She would like to meet tomorrow to have as she stated, "less than 10 pages" requiring notarization in the package. She offered to scan a copy of the documents so that I can review it before signing. She also stated that she has a POA because her husband is out of the country.

How should I handle this? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. State of Texas
