We did not strike out anything or change anything. I just had her put a fresh blue signature on top of the old signature. So in my mind, I am just notarizing that I saw her sign. She is competent, has valid ID & signed a document. What is in the document is between her & her attorney. I should not object unless there are blank areas in the document, or if I think there is fraud or coercion. I can not think of a reason to deny notarizing, but again, I wanted to see if any of you see a problem that I did not think of. |
