Central you can view reviews by other notaries on cos. & avoid all this hassle. They've had a poor payment rep for many years. It's a game for them! I stopped dealing with them years ago.
Someone said you have to be a Premium member of NR to view Signing Central. If that's the case it would be well worth the price to have access to Signing Central. You have to be logged in to view the tab at the top of the page.
Sorry to hear you got taken by that co. It's those who don't know better that keep them in business. ;-(
