It's not "turning your nose up". It's having a business plan that is profitable and benefits the entire industry. I have been a NSA for 16 years and totally understand the thought process of a newbie. It wasn't until I found this forum years ago that I realized how important it is to stick to your fees. I did my fair share of low ball signings at the very beginning and that stopped real fast when I gained more knowledge.

Now, if this is a matter of your family eating or not, then discussion over. I would do whatever necessary to make that happen.

But, let's stop with the "shaming" verbiage. This is business, that term would never come up if we were in a boardroom having a discussion about fees at "work".
