I just put a new roof on my house, and added a 5000-gallon water tank for fire protection. Kind of spent my wad this year for sure. But a phone is on the horizon. The technology changes so much in a year, imagine 10 years. Sadly I'm working in the dark here. In previous years, I upgraded every couple of years, but not since 2009. Wow...how time flies.
