I ran into something similar to this - I buy wine online from a company that has decent wines I can't get locally and at affordable prices. The problem they ran into was that they showed a "comparable price" for each wine - and a couple of customers started questioning the "comparable price" because they couldn't find it anywhere else. That led to a class action suit, which eventually resulted in a settlement. As a customer and member of the class who didn't opt out, my cut of the settlement was roughly $300, redeemable at $2 a bottle for every bottle I buy over the next year.

That's a lot of wine...
