Claudine,

challenge the dam* thing........

They pulled that on me twice and I challenged it twice and-- behold-- both were gone.

Ask them where it is on the confirmation or in the instructions. Easy answer...IT"S NOT.

Yeah, I know an email was sent way back in June or July...but a lot of good that does now.
