I've done quite a bit of work for them. They are exceptionally hard to get a live person on the phone, but the docs show up and so does the check, in under 30 days. The last 2 I've done are problematic. One on Dec 23rd, no check and the only reply I got was "this order was cancelled" I replied, no it was rescheduled and I completed a full package and the mortgage has been recorded. To which I have gotten no response. The message on their answering machine for accounting says they are out of the office until AUG 7th! I know this is most likely someone forgetting to update the message but still. So I leave a message. I also have another one from Jan 26th coming up on 30 days.
Anyone have a contact there? It looks like I will be turning down work from them in the future and rating them a 1 star company  |
