Agree with Theresa FL, most if not all the realtor's in FL no nothing about the loan docs and can barley read a HUD. Even at attorney closings, I end up doing the talking 80% of the time, they jump in for the title policy and important docs just so they feel justified in getting their paycheck. If you seem confident, 99% the closing will go smoothly because the buyer feels like you know what you are doing. After 10,000+ closings, I still find some surprises, but it is rare. |
