| We started with a conventional with 5% down but with all this now LO is now saying we will probably have to go FHA and maybe we will still have the same problem. LO also says can't use 2013 taxes because they didn't have the IRS stamp on them and we had just efiled them. My son has enough to put 20% down but wanted to have some money left to fix up the home. My son has saved since he was 16 and every time he changed jobs it was for more money and his tax returns reflect that his income has gone up every year. He wanted more out of life so for about 8 months he was Kitchen Manager but when he realized he was making more money as a server with less hassle he went back to serving. |
