I use the Notary Rotary BGC and have worked for both the above companies mentioned, and yes $100.00 is typical, not $50.00. That is not typical, stand your ground! The only time I accept $50.00 is to go out for a missed signature or Quit Claim Deed. What do you mean by a 3rd party BGC? You really have to see if these companies who request certain BGC really provide enough work for you to comply. Who are these people?
