Any recent experience with them? They say anything signed today, payment will be processed 9/15th. When pressed on whether that means check is cut and mailed on 9/15th, he said he knows for sure it will be issued 9/15th but may be mailed the following day or the following week.
Called for a purchase & sale today at 2:00 (2-1/2 hrs from now). Needs to get fee approved and check to see if I'll have docs within the hour.
