| Everyone must realize we all have standards. Yes I get $125-$150 per signing but there are times I will take the occasional $85-$100, just like today. One of my companies had a deal with 30 docs, 2 notaries and 6 signatures, they asked so I did it. You need to keep a good working relationship. Yes the expenses add up on those 150-200 page files, but I have now cut the cost on those. I now email a copy package to all the clients, they so much prefer that. They just stare at you when you hand them with a big package of papers and you know they are thinking "what am I going to do with that?" Customer service that is what we are there to provide and that is what we do best. |
