notaries, thinking we'd work together, but it didn't work. I also tried to train someone to be an "associate" & that didn't work either. I've found that people either get greedy or aren't motivated enough to be of any help. There's also the issue of needing the approval of the hiring party to let another person doing the signing. I've found it's too complicated & isn't worth the time & effort.
I do suggest that if you do take on an associate, consult an attorney, and have them sign a contract (do not compete, etc.) |
